Upon approval, the reference number will be sent through SMS and Email together with the contract. If not, contact us through chat on the app / site of our customer support.
Once approval is confirmed and there is still no amount disbursement on the account within the regular time (please refer to What is the processing time for disbursements), please provide the latest statement of account to validate your claim.

If you input the wrong bank account number, we’ll have to check first the status of the application. If it is an error, we will request to reject the application and ask you to re-apply again. If the application is already approved and disbursement is successful, you will be liable for the loan. Try to coordinate with your bank and see if they can transfer the proceed in to yours (always be mindful in indicating your bank details)

Strictly pay your loan through our Payment Channels (directly to Dragon pay/Dragon Loans) using your reference number. Do not entertain any text/call that asks you to process a payment under a personal account. Please report this to us at our customer support.
